The online magazine Field Service News mentioned the feature from Coresystems using Amazons voice recognition engine Alexa to schedule service technicians.

08th of December 2016: Recently, Field Service News discussed how Coresystems Field Service Management Software can be used with Amazon's Alexa to create and dispatch service calls. Alexa is the voice recognition engine behind Amazon's Echo device. With Alexa, Coresystems brings field service and consumer IoT together, so that service calls can be created and service technicians dispatched exactly when and where needed.

At the Field Service Europe Conference, held last week in Amsterdam, Philipp Emmenegger, Head of Sales EMEA, demonstrated how a service call can be scheduled at the date and time of his choice simply by giving the details to Alexa.

Field Service News is a leading business magazine in Europe, dedicated to field service professionals and the field service industries.
