New Business Platform

Fleming Medical’s initial contact with Coresystems came in 2010, when the company sought a new business reporting platform for their ERP software, SAP Business One.After trialing the Coresuite Country Package for SAP Business One, and discovering that the Coresystems Field Service Software app, the cloud computing platform for iPad was being launched on the market, Fleming Medical decided to proceed with the implementation for both platforms.

Significant increase of productivity

Using the Field Service Software of Coresystems has resulted in a significant increase of productivity for the sales team, while also halving the delivery time of orders from 48 to 24 hours. This has increased face time with customers and reduced driving time, resulting an extra call per rep each day, this has contributed to significant growth in business. Fleming Medical’s business development team is using the map of Coresystems Field Service Software to generate sales leads and appointments for the mobile team based on post-codes, which are synchronized from the SAP activities calendar to the mobile devices.

This has reduced the workload for the customer service team and the quality flow of data has reduced the number of customer complaints, which are monitored in the company’s ISO13485 system.

Web based E-Commerce solution

Coresystems have also worked with the company for the web based E-commerce solution, connecting their online web ordering to their SAP system. This allows both business and retail customers to sign in using their personal login codes and it provides for efficient online ordering. As a result of this, the E-commerce site has become a very popular way to order among new and existing B2B and B2C customers.

Seamless Synchronization

Coresystems Field Service Software has empowered Fleming Medical’s 15 mobile sales staff by giving full visibility of their business partners, stock and has allowed for their sales orders and quotations to be synchronized from the field. Using the Cloud Connector of Coresystems, this cloud based system works seamlessly with SAP Business One.
